Five steps, in order. Dates are agreed per project.

- Step 02ConceptLook, layout and run of show, drawn before anything is booked.
- Step 03PlanVendors, permits, budget and the crew roster, locked.
- Step 04Build and rehearseLoad-in, tech and a full cue-to-cue rehearsal.

Can you work in our own venue?
Yes. We survey the space first and design to what the room allows.
Who is on site on the day?
A dedicated team runs logistics, vendors and timelines, so your event goes smoothly from start to finish.
Can you combine services?
Yes. Catering, decor, entertainment, planning, photography and onsite management all come from one team in Kathmandu.
